Formule

Monthly Payment = P × [r(1+r)ⁿ] / [(1+r)ⁿ − 1]
Break-Even = Closing Costs ÷ Monthly Savings
P = Principal (remaining balance)
r = Monthly interest rate
n = Number of payments
